The center is assisting the faculties and student of the university find the opportunities for academic and research collaboration as well as with the imitations as universities at global level. The center is also helping the international organization, student and researcher to study and work at this university.
HNG University health centre was established in the year: 2000 with the building grant from the grant of Hon. Member of Parliament and Equipment funds from District Planning Office and University public fund. The University Health Centre (UHC) is located in the university campus near Collector office. The University Health Centre provides the healthcare facilities to the campus Students, staff, family members of staff, retired government employees and members of the university administrative bodies with the token case fee of Re. 1/- since its inception. The medicines to the students, Teaching and Non-teaching staff and their relatives, Members of the University Court and Members of Executive Council is provided at free of costs since its inception. The University has appointed a medical officer and attendant to facilitate the beneficiaries of the health centre.
Day Care centre is functional in the campus since 2007. It is available for all full time faculty, part time faculty, visiting faculty, all employees of HNG University, all bonafide students and female visitors (with children) coming to university for varied purposes. The Day Care Centre offers a care- free environment for children of the parents who are working in the campus. This facility of keeping their children during the working hours inside the university campus is available to all working employees of the campus..
The kids were taken care of by the care taker of the day care centre. The kids can be engaged here for the full day with learning and extra-curricular activities. Kids can join the day care centre after their school hours also.
The Day Care Center has a child-friendly environment of large colourful displays and activity center with play materials that a child can take and play on his/her own, besides the guided activity. There is a separate space for activities, rest and meals.
Day care for children is well furnished for all age of young children. Even women who come to university for inquiry about admission/ examination/ enrollment etc from far furlong areas are also welcomed to keep their children in the day care of university. In emergency during health issues/female staff of the campus are availing facility of day care centre.

To avail the day care centre, registration is must of each child before they can be dropped off. Parents are required to sign on attendance register when dropping off and picking up their children. University Day Care Center is established to provide the teachers, officers, non-teaching staff, research scholars and regular full-time students of the university the facility of keeping their children under good care during the day time right inside the campus, to work with peace of mind and access their children quickly in case of emergency. Apart from taking good care of the enrolled children, one of the key objectives of the Center is to involve the children in various activities. In the campus day care unit for children known as “Women Centre”. Day care center looks after babies, toddlers and young children of the university staff in a stimulating environment.

The National Cadet Corps was formed in India with the National Cadet Corps Act of 1948, with the purpose of recruit regular students as cadets for basic military training in small arms and parades during their study. From high schools, colleges and Universities all over India on voluntary basis.
Once they complete their NCC training, they are given preference over normal candidates during selections based on the achievements in the active military service, various other services and also in admission in the higher education.
"I do hereby solemnly promise that I will serve my motherland most truly and loyally and that, I will abide by the rules and regulations of the National Cadet Crops. Further under the command and control of my commanding officer I will participate in every camp most sincerely and wholeheartedly."
The National Cadet Corpos is headed by a Director General, an Army Officer of the rank of Lt. General, who is responsible for the functioning of the National Cadet Corps in the country through the National Cadet Corp Headquarters situated at Delhi. The organizational structure of NCC is as under:

The eligibility conditions and the general procedure for the conduct of the Certificate Examination for Cadets of Senior and Junior Division/Wings NCC(All wings) have been issued by this HQ from time to time. The aim of this Directive is to consolidate all such instruction and revise these, where necessary.
The type of Certificate Examination and the unit in which these are held are given below :
"If he had been on the unit rolls for a minimum of two years before his discharge and had attended 75% of the total periods during his NCC service he will need another 45 periods of training to become eligible for certificate 'B' Examination. In all other cases where above conditions are not fulfilled, the cadet must attend a minimum 75% periods of the first and second years of training."

In compliance with the Supreme Court Judgment and guidelines issued in 1997 to provide for the effective enforcement of the basic human right of gender equality and guarantee against sexual harassment and abuse, more particularly against sexual harassment at work places. The University Grants Commission (UGC) has issued circulars since 1998, to all the universities, advising them to establish a permanent cell and a committee and to frame guidelines to combat sexual harassment, violence against women and ragging at the universities and colleges. It has further advised the universities to be proactive by developing a conducive atmosphere on the campus, where the women are respected and they are treated with dignity.
As per the guidelines of UGC and the Supreme Court, a Committee Against Sexual Harassment (CASH) has established by HNGU, Patan since January, 2014 to provide a healthy and congenial atmosphere to the staff and students of the University.
Only complaints under jurisdiction of HNGU, Patan against sexual harassment come under the purview of Committee Against Sexual Harassment.
The Committee consists of members of the teaching, Non teaching staff, students, Medical officer and NGO representative.

The office of the University-Industry Linkage Cell was established in the April, 2014 to facilitate the development of symbiotic relationships between the University and partners from different industrial sectors. The Industry-Academic Linkage Office consists of a committee of representatives from the academic departments in the campus of university, and is headed by the Chairperson.
